Scope
We build estate-scale outdoor living spaces: bluestone and paver patios, terraces, seat walls, steps, pool surrounds and outdoor fireplaces. These are masonry projects with full bases, drainage and structural footings.
We work with large custom-home builders, landscape architects and owners. Our bid separates base and drainage, hardscape surface, walls and fireplaces so each part is clear.

How We Run This Scope
1. Bid review
We review the landscape plan, grading, material selections and architect details, and ask about drainage, utilities and owner selections before pricing.
2. Takeoff
We take off patio area by material, base depth, wall face and cap footage, steps, fireplace masonry, and drainage components.
3. Scheduling with the GC
We schedule hardscape after rough grading and utilities and before final landscaping, and align with the builder on delivery of stone and pavers.
4. Crew and equipment
We staff masons and installers matched to the material, and plan compaction equipment, saws and material handling for access around finished work.
5. Quality control
Bases are compacted and checked for slope. Patterns, joints and edges are set to the approved layout and checked as work proceeds.
6. Closeout
We clean, joint and finish the surface as specified, protect it as agreed and walk the space with the builder or owner.
Coordination
We coordinate with the builder, landscape architect, irrigation, lighting, pool and gas trades on sleeves, elevations and sequence.
Safety
We protect finished building surfaces and adjacent landscaping, keep staging organized, and follow the builder site safety rules.
