Superior Building Technologies has worked in masonry and concrete since 2005. We are a commercial masonry and concrete contractor based in Titusville, NJ.

Construction runs in our family. 3 generations have worked in the trade, and we have built since 2005. Today we focus on commercial projects and large residential builds for GCs, developers, owners and property managers, architects and large custom-home builders.
We work in Mercer County, New Jersey and lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We build with freeze-thaw winters and local soils in mind.

- Written scope and price. Every bid lists inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and price in writing.
- Plan-driven takeoffs. We price from your drawings and specifications and raise questions early.
- Schedule tied to the GC. Our start, duration and crew size follow your lookahead.
- Clean, safe jobsites. We follow the GC safety plan, keep the site tidy and walk the finished work with your team.
