Information you send us
When you submit a bid request, we receive your name, company if you give one, role, phone number, email address, project address, project type, approximate size, target start and bid due dates if you give them, your scope description and your preferred contact method. If you attach plans, specifications or images, we receive those files too. We also record the page you submitted from.
Campaign tags in your browser
If the web address you arrived from contains campaign tags that begin with utm_, this site saves those tags in your browser's session storage so it can send them with your bid request. Session storage stays on your device and clears when you close the browser tab or window. We do not use it for anything else, and this site does not add advertising or analytics tracking scripts.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a bid and follow up about your project. We do not sell it.
Plans and files
You can attach up to 10 files, PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 25 MB each. Files are stored in private application storage. They are not public, and only authorized staff can view them through our protected admin area.
Email notices
When you send a request, our system sends a notice to our team and a confirmation email to you. Those emails are sent through a connected Gmail account using Composio. Your request is saved even if an email cannot be sent, and we will still see it.
Admin area, cookies and rate limiting
Visitors do not need cookies to use this site. Our staff admin area uses one essential, secure session cookie to keep an authorized person signed in, and it is removed when they log out. To protect the site and the admin sign-in from abuse, the server applies rate limiting to requests, which may briefly block repeated rapid submissions or sign-in attempts.
